Visiting Our Venues

Please be in your auditorium in good time, the doors will open 20 minutes before your scheduled start time. Please have your booking confirmation/tickets ready for visual inspection.

Please help us to help you by taking your litter with you or putting it in the bin on exit.

Cinemas in England:

Each group will be automatically physically distanced by at least 1m from others within the auditorium and auditoria will only be sold up to 50% capacity.

People should only gather in groups of up to six. On the size of groups, the previous ‘rule of six’ continues, where ‘people can meet in groups of up to 6 people, or as a group of 2 households. A group made up of 2 households can include more than 6 people, but only where all members of the group are from the same 2 households (or support/childcare bubbles, where eligible).

Cinema patrons must wear face coverings at all times except when eating or drinking in the auditorium. Children under 12, and those that are medically-exempt, are not required to wear a face covering.

All cinema patrons must check-in using the QR codes supplied with the NHS Track and Trace App, or supply name and contact details to a member of staff when asked.

We’re staggering the show start times to reduce queues. While queuing and moving around the building, please try and keep at least 1m away from the person in front of you.

Cinemas in Scotland:

Each group will be automatically physically distanced by at least 2m from others within the auditorium and auditoria will only be sold up to 50% capacity.

On size of groups, up to 6 from up to 3 separate households can meet. Children under the age of 12 from these households do not count towards the total number of people permitted to meet, however they do count towards the maximum of 3 separate households. Children under 12 do not need to maintain physical distance from others. Where an individual household includes more than 6 people, they can nevertheless meet as a single household even if the total number of people exceeds 6.
